"THE BENEFITS of LAUGHTER"





    Laughing is an expression of happiness that occurs spontaneously and could not been forced. We cannot force others to laugh with our joke, because everyone has a different sense of humor and it turns out that laughing has many benefits such as:


  • Laugh can prevent stress and can improve the immune system so that it is not easy to make us sick.
  • Laugh will make heart healthier because we laugh can train the muscles of the diaphragm.
  • With laughs we can think more positive because the laughs can eliminate negative emotions.
  • With laugh we can share positive energy to people who are around us.
  • Laugh can burn calories as much as 1.3 calories per minute.
  • Laugh can improve our mood is bad, like when we are sad to look at the cute things like watching a stand up comedy we can laugh, laughing mood we will change for the better.
  • Laugh will make us longevity because we always think positive, no stress and be happy.

    A great many benefits to laugh for us, especially our physical and spiritual health, and that we get for free.
