occurs spontaneously and could not been forced. We
cannot force others to laugh with our joke,
because everyone has a different sense of humor and it
turns out that laughing has many benefits such as:

that it is not easy to make us sick.
- Laugh will
make heart healthier because we laugh can
train the muscles of the diaphragm.
- With laughs we
can think more positive because the laughs can
eliminate negative emotions.

can share positive energy to people who
are around us.
- Laugh can burn calories as much
as 1.3 calories per minute.
- Laugh can
improve our mood is bad, like when we
are sad to look at the cute things like
watching a stand up comedy we
can laugh, laughing mood we will change for the
better.
- Laugh will make
us longevity because
we always think positive, no stress and be
happy.
