    "COMBRO"

    Combro is traditional food comes from Bandung. The name of combro comes from the word oncom di jero which means fermented red beans cake inside cassava. Combro not only popular in Bandung but in other regions in Indonesia. Combro is snacks are often in serve with a variety of various gorengan. Combro more delicious if you eat with your family, and serve it with tea or coffee. Combro not only delicious, but also has a proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. For those of you that want to make combro, here's the recipe combro that delicious :

Skin Ingredients :
1/2 Kg cassava, peeled
1/2 tsp coriander
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp salt
Oil to fry

Filling Ingredients :
70 g fermented red beans cake
2 cloves onion
3 cloves garlic
5 seed chilies

How to make :

For Skin :


                
                     1. Cassava grated


             
                   2. Grill all ingredients in a mortar


             
                  3. mix well between cassava and all ingredients


For Filling :

                
                  1. Grill all ingredients in a mortar, add fermented red beans cake, crush a little bit and mix them well

         
            
                 2. Take grated cassava, make dough into balls, flattened. Put filling in the middle, and remake it in balls

           
           
                3. Pour the oil into the a wok, fry the dough balls until golden brown, drain, and ready to serve with a cup of tea. ^^
